Do you deliver and install event furniture in Chicago? Yes. We’re headquartered in the Chicago metro area and handle delivery, installation, and breakdown using our own crew — not subcontractors. We service Chicago venues including McCormick Place, Navy Pier, hotel ballrooms, and private event spaces.

Can you build custom event furniture for a Chicago event? Yes. Over 85% of our inventory is fabricated in-house at our 24,000 square foot production facility. Custom bars, counters, branded scenic elements, and modular seating configurations are all built by our team to your spec.

How far in advance should I book event rentals in Chicago? For standard pieces, four to six weeks is typically sufficient. For custom fabrication, eight to twelve weeks is recommended. For large-scale activations or events at major venues like McCormick Place, earlier is always better.
