Modern Event Rental was proud to recently sponsor the tech lounge for the Professional Convention Management Association Education Conference 2016.

Held at the St. Louis Hilton Ballpark from June 25-29, the 2016 EduCon was hosted by the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA). PCMA is a professional organization committed to providing education, business networking, and community engagement to professionals in the business events industry. With over 6,500 members, PCMA’s mission is to “deliver superior and innovative education and promote the value of professional convention management.”

The PCMA 2016 Education Conference brought together hundreds of business event strategists from all over the country to discuss leading strategies for business events. With a variety of sessions, panels, speakers, and tech sessions, the PCMA EduCon was an unforgettable experience, and Modern Event Rental was excited to contribute to the conference.

With years of experience providing event rentals for conferences, tradeshows, and conventions, Modern Event Rental helped design and set up the “tech playground” where the various technology sessions were held over the course of the week. The tech playground featured our illuminated curved bars, custom wall panels, illuminated walls, criss-cross chairs in white, and modern white box ottomans. We also provided charging stations and charging tables that allowed guests to quickly and easily power up!

The DigiTech Bar was provided by DHALIA+, and we enjoyed working with Dahlia El Gazzar and her team.There were various tech demos throughout the conference, and major companies such as EventMobi, HubEvents, Goombal, and Glisser were involved.
