3.    How should I make the payment for my bookings?

Payments should be made as follows:

45% of the total amount should be paid as a non-refundable deposit at the time of order placement. The rest of the amount can be settled a few days prior to the date of your event.

No, you will not have to clean furniture and décor rental, as we will be cleaning and sanitizing them in-house before they are rented out again. However, you will need to return the event rental pieces in the same condition as you received them. If there are any kinds of deep stains on any of our articles, they will be considered as damage caused, for which you will have to bear the cost, depending on the extent of the damage.

7.    Do I have to pay a deposit for booking Houston event rentals?

Yes, you will be required to pay a 45% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking so that we can block your selections for you. The rest of the amount can be settled a few days prior to the event.
