Chicago’s Modern Event Rental Has Successful 2015!

Modern Event Rental is a Chicago design firm that provides audio/visual, lighting, lounge furniture, LED light-up dance floors, chandeliers, vinyl dance floor covers, and other custom rental pieces. Our event rentals are perfect for weddings, meetings, trade shows, conventions, and any type of special event.

In 2015, we were honored to support some fantastic events. With 2016 upon us, we’re taking a look back at some of the events we supplied event rentals for this year.

Indianapolis Museum of Art Birthday Event

In July, we provided furniture rentals for a gorgeous birthday party. Modern Event Rental transformed an open space at the Indianapolis Museum of Art into a beautiful birthday event venue. There were 200 people in attendance, and we provided lounge furniture, portable bars, and pipe and drape. We also helped add a unique design and feel to the venue with our custom wall stencils and personal monogrammed graphics.

Chicago Private Party

We were excited to work with event production company DC Baldwin Productions for a backyard birthday party at a suburban Chicago home over the summer. Modern Event Rental provided dining and bar furniture, as well as lighting, to help create a gorgeous space. We were honored to collaborate with the event vendors and Carasco Photography for this private event.

Skokie Wedding 

Over the summer, we provided Skokie event design and decor, custom wall panels, and lounge furniture rentals for a beautiful Skokie wedding. Held at the Holiday Inn Chicago North Shore in Skokie, IL, we helped transform the space into a unique and scenic wedding venue. We were happy to provide custom wall panel rentals made by our in-house designers. In conjunction with our event lighting, these bright white sturdy wall panels created the perfect backdrop for the wedding. Modern Event Rental also incorporated Indian patterned umbrellas into the ceiling, creating a unique and individualized look.

Gorgeous Indian Wedding in Oak Brook

In September, Modern Event Rental designed an Indian wedding at the Hilton Chicago – Oak Brook Hills Resort & Conference Center. We worked with Sabrina Hans Events and our partner company, AVLS Rentals, to create a South Asian wedding for over 450 people. Our Chicago event design team brought in custom features, such as a vinyl dance floor that had a custom decal with the couple’s initials. We also created a custom-designed mandap and custom centerpieces to match. One unique element of the design were the Chicago Van Gogh- style lampshades we created to match the theme of the wedding. With our custom designs, chandelier rentals, pipe and drape, and lounge furniture rentals, Modern Event Rental helped create a gorgeous and intricate space for an unforgettable Indian wedding in Oak Brook, IL.

Beautiful Indian Wedding in Schaumburg

With experience in providing custom designs and event rentals for Indian Weddings, Modern Event Rental was honored to help create a beautiful Indian Wedding in Schaumburg, IL. We worked with Events by Nisar and Daniel Dugo to create a traditional yet unique atmosphere. Our custom mandap served as the perfect centerpiece, lit up to showcase its exquisite detail. We also included custom Om symbols behind the chairs and fresh flower garland for the mandap. For the wedding reception, we provided LED furniture and custom wall panels.
