Modern Event Rental is excited to announce we’ll be at IAEE Expo! Expo! this year! Stop by and visit us at Booth #333 to charge up your devices and see new ideas and options available for the industry.

Held on December 11 – 13 in New Orleans, Louisiana at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, Expo! Expo! is known as the “show for shows.” As the International Association for Exhibitions & Events’ Annual Meeting & Exhibition, Expo! Expo! offers events industry professionals the chance to network with other industry leaders, attend educational sessions, and see the latest and greatest technology and trends taking the industry by storm.

Modern Event Rental will be conveniently located in the back near the food, so it’s the perfect time to take a break and charge up your devices. We’ll have to charge lockers and charging tables, so you can either safely leave your phone in one of our secure lockers or sit down and rest up at a table and use your device while it powers up.
