Modern Event Rental Provides Rentals for PCMA Convening Leaders 2017

Modern Event Rental was honored to provide a wide variety of custom event rentals for PCMA Convening Leaders 2017. Held at the Austin Convention Center in Austin, Texas, the 4-day conference brought together leaders in the events industry for collaboration, networking, and learning. With a huge focus on technology, PCMA Convening Leaders featured Tech Central, where attendees participated in interactive technology activities, learned about the latest in tech, received quick lessons on social media, and listened to industry experts speak on a wide variety of hot topics.

Described by PCMA as “the definitive annual event for the business events industry,” PCMA Convening Leaders was an incredible event to be a part of.

Modern Event Rental partnered with Dahlia+ to create Tech Central, the tech bar area at PCMA Convening Leaders. We always enjoy working with Dahlia and her team and were excited to help bring this interactive and innovative area to life.

We provided custom stages, designed and fabricated by the Modern Event Rental team. Our acrylic LED cubes acted as fun and creative accents to set the tone for the many speakers that took the stage in Austin. We also provided our light-up bars for the tech bar itself, giving a fun, modern, and stylish feel to the space.

Our colorful eclipse ottomans helped create the social media corner, where attendees learned more about how to best use Snapchat, Twitter, Instagram, and more at their events. Our ottomans served as comfortable seating and added a pop of color to the area, creating a fun and inviting atmosphere.

We also custom-designed and fabricated LED walls that added a fun twist to the decor. Other lounge furniture provided included: charging furniture, bar stools, and our spark power-up coffee tables, cubes, and tables.
