Modern Event Rental Sponsors Lanyon Live 2016

Modern Event Rental was honored to supply custom event rentals for Lanyon Live 2016, an annual conference held by event software company, Lanyon.

A leader in the events industry, Lanyon is the creator of innovative cloud-based event management software for corporate meetings, events, and travel programs. Lanyon is a huge name in the special events industry and we were honored to work with them on their customer-focused event.

Lanyon Live is Lanyon’s annual customer conference, where leaders and professionals in the meetings, events, and travel industry come together for 3 days of networking, education sessions, and panels with industry experts.

Lanyon Live 2016 was held on October 25-27 at the Renaissance Hotel in Dallas, Texas. 353 industry leaders, experts, and professionals attended the conference, where they had the opportunity to attend an association panel made up of executives from GBTA, PCMA, MPI, and MMB. Keynote speakers for the conference included: Phil Koeghan, host of the hit CBS reality show, Amazing Race, and industry experts Brian King (Marriott) and Noelle LeVeaux (Dallas Convention and Visitor’s Bureau).

Modern Event Rental was one of the event sponsors, and we provided a variety of custom event furniture and decor for the conference.

Event rentals included our bali white communal tables, GEO white bar tables and white Ashton bar stools for exhibitors and our white pub tables for the Lanyon Kiosks. We also provided illuminated furniture rentals to bring a fun pop of color to the decor, including our: illuminated curved bars, L.E.D light-up bars, and illuminated gallery walls. Our acrylic towers and pillars served as the perfect accents.

We had a blast at Lanyon Live 2016 and enjoyed working with everyone involved.
